Abstract:
ATMI was formed in 1975 to help the development of technological aids for music education continue in a well-coordinated manner, to facilitate an active exchange of ideas among developers, and to serve as a source of information for users of technology-based systems for music instruction. ATMI conducts a yearly meeting (in conjunction with the College Music Society), and publishes a quarterly newsletter and a yearly Technology Directory (this publication). Abstract:
The Foundation maintains an education directory of progrmas in electronic music. They list events, including festivals, concerts, and conferences in the EMF Calendar. They list job opportunities, calls for materials, and other professional opportunities. And we're creating the EMF Institute, a web-based information center for electronic music.
